Hotel Lobby Face Swap

Looking for a Hotel Lobby face swap? This studio uses two photos to replace the performers’ overall appearance in a fixed scene. It is not a face-only editor that guarantees the original bodies and outfits stay unchanged.

Face replacement versus a full-subject change

A face-only swap would aim to change facial appearance while keeping the rest of an existing clip intact. This workflow instead asks a video model to recreate two subjects using their reference photos.

That means hair, clothes, body appearance and small movements may change along with the face. If your requirement is pixel-accurate preservation of everything except a face, this tool does not make that promise.

Give each face a clear position

The first upload is assigned to the left performer. The second is assigned to the right. Keep one intended subject in each photo rather than asking the model to pick between several people.

Use two different photos. A clear, well-lit image with an unobstructed face is easier to inspect and assign than a distant group photo. Check each thumbnail; Swap changes the assignments without requiring another upload.

  1. Select a single-subject photo for the left performer.
  2. Select a different single-subject photo for the right performer.
  3. Confirm the cast option and positions before submitting.

What to inspect in a completed take

Watch for a face drifting during a turn, subjects exchanging positions, extra limbs or clothing that changes between frames. Review the full clip rather than accepting it from the poster frame alone.

The model is guided by both your photos and the performance reference. Those inputs can compete during fast motion or close contact. The finished video may resemble your subjects without preserving every facial detail.

Keep the use clear to the people involved

Use photos with permission and avoid presenting an AI performance as real footage of someone. When you publish, use the platform’s disclosure controls where appropriate and choose audio you are allowed to share.

You can prepare the photo pair now. Check the studio for generation availability and its credit cost; the local photo preview does not create a face-swapped download.

Your questions, answered

Will only the faces change?

No. The generation instructions use each reference subject’s broader appearance, including hair and clothing. Face-only preservation is not guaranteed.

Can I upload a photo of two people together?

Use two separate single-subject photos instead. The tool has one labeled input for each performer, not a face-selection control inside a group photo.

Does a better photo guarantee an exact likeness?

No. Clear references help specify the intended subject, but video generation can still change likeness and details.
