Hotel Lobby Video creates AI videos from two subject photos and a built-in scene. The studio displays current service availability before you submit a request or purchase credits.

Your photos and creations

Upload only photos you have permission to process. Each photo should show one subject. Do not create deceptive impersonation, abusive content or unlawful material. Follow the AI disclosure and music rules of the platform where you share your video.

What to expect

AI generation can change likeness, movement, clothing and details. Concept artwork illustrates the scene, not a guaranteed result. Queue times vary. Generated outputs do not include a license to an existing song.

Credits and checkout

Credits are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. The studio shows the credit cost before each generation. A request reserves that amount once; refreshing or retrying the same request does not reserve it again.

Current packs: $3.99 USD for 100 credits; $9.99 USD for 300 credits; $24.99 USD for 1000 credits. Each 11-second, 768p request costs 100 credits. Price changes do not alter the credits in an order already created.

Failures and refunds

A confirmed failed generation returns its reserved credits. An uncertain provider submission is held for review rather than automatically submitted again. A successful result you want to change requires a new request. A return of credits is distinct from a refund to a payment method. Applicable consumer rights are unaffected.

Files and support

Completed and failed tasks have their input and output files removed after 30 days. Keep a copy of any result you want to retain.
